Step-by-Step: Uploading Your Video
- Sign in to your Ezaalah account
Once signed in, you will land on your dashboard where all your orders are listed.
- Start a new upload
Click the upload button to begin a new order.
- Choose your video file
Select the video file from your device. Common video formats are supported.
- Confirm and upload
Once selected, your video will begin uploading automatically. You can stay on the page or return later.
- Processing begins
After upload, your order status will change to Processing. No payment is required at this stage.
You can always check the progress of your video from the Orders page.
Supported Uploads (For Now)
Currently, Ezaalah supports direct video file uploads from your device. This works best for:
- Recorded lessons
- Classroom lectures
- Educational talks
- Instructional videos
File size limits and supported formats are shown during upload to help prevent issues.
Beta: YouTube Video Processing (Coming Soon)
We are actively working on a YouTube video processing feature. Soon, you will be able to:
- Paste a YouTube video link
- Have Ezaalah process the video’s audio
- Receive a cleaned version with reduced background music
This feature will initially launch in beta, meaning it may have limitations while we refine the experience. Availability and details will be announced in the Help Center and your dashboard once it opens.
What Happens After Upload?
- Your video is processed automatically
- You can track progress using the order status
- Once processing is complete, you will be asked to pay
- After payment, your download becomes available
If an upload fails or takes longer than expected, you will see a clear status update with next steps.
