Once your video has finished processing and the required credits have been applied, downloading your video is quick and straightforward.

When downloads become available

Your download link becomes available when your order status shows Completed (Paid). This means background music has been removed, credits have been successfully applied, and your video is ready to download.

Downloading your video

Go to your Orders page

Sign in and open your dashboard to see all your orders.

Open the completed order

Click on the order with the status Completed (Paid).

Click the Download button

A single, clear download button will be visible on the order details page.

Save the file to your device

The processed video will download to your computer or device, ready to use.

How long downloads are available

Processed videos are available for download for a limited time. The exact availability period is shown on your order details page. Once the retention period ends, the download link expires and expired files are automatically removed.
Download and save your video as soon as it becomes available. This ensures you always have a copy, even after the retention period ends.

Troubleshooting Download Issues

If you are having trouble downloading your processed video, this guide will help you identify the most common causes and what to do next. Most download issues are easy to resolve and do not require reprocessing your video.
Downloads are only available when the order status is Completed (Paid). If your status shows Processing, the video is still being worked on. If it shows Payment Required, you need to add credits to continue. If it shows Failed, the video did not complete successfully. Only Completed (Paid) orders can be downloaded.
The expiration date is shown on your order details page. Once expired, the download link is permanently disabled and expired files cannot be restored. To avoid this, download your video as soon as it becomes available.
Sometimes a simple refresh resolves the issue. Refresh the page, click the download button again, and ensure your internet connection is stable.
If the download does not start, switch to a different web browser, try downloading from another device, or disable browser extensions that may block downloads.
Make sure your device has enough available storage to save the video file. Large videos may fail to download if space is limited.
If you added credits but still cannot download, refresh the order page and confirm the status updated to Completed (Paid). Status updates can take a short moment. If the issue persists, support can manually review the order.
